Rates & Fees

My practice is largely self-pay which means I am not in-network with any health insurance company. This model has many benefits.

My priority is your child and family.
Personalized service for families is my focus.
You have full latitude in choosing a specialized psychologist who can provide assessment and treatment based on what is best for your child.
Privacy and confidentiality as well as control of your care are in your hands not those the insurance company.
A fee-for-service model allows me to be deliberate in limiting my course load so and I really focus on providing the best care for child.

Therapy

Administrative Tasks

$100/hour, prorated to 15-minute (.25 hour) increments – includes email, telephone conversations with you or professionals whom you have authorized us to speak with on your behalf, and/or any other tasks that you ask for outside of scheduled therapy sessions.

Miscellaneous Fees

Lost evaluation paperwork: $15 per “packet” (i.e., parent packet, teacher packet)
Travel time for school observations (travel times are round trip from our office to the school, estimated through Google Maps):
- § Less than 30 minutes: $25
- § 30-59 minutes: $50
- § 60-119 minutes: $100
- § 120 minutes or more: Varies. Please consult your clinician for an estimate.

CANCELLATIONS

Assessment appointments: We typically schedule 5-6 hours for each client to complete testing. Given that we dedicate this much time to each person, and appointments are usually booked weeks in advance, cancellations or no-shows are quite costly and are unlikely to be rescheduled quickly. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellation of an assessment appointment to allow us time to find someone else to take the appointment. Without such notice, fees will be charged as follows, unless alternative arrangements are discussed:
- Cancellations (within 48 hours of appointment) OR no-shows (no communication prior to missing the appointment): $500
